This position is ideal for a proactive individual passionate about innovation, systems thinking, and delivering exceptional architectural outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead implementation of technical systems and standards
  • Explore and integrate BIM workflows and AI applications to improve efficiency
  • Act as Principal Designer with strong understanding of CDM regulations and H&S compliance
  • Mentor team members and enhance overall technical capability
  • Lead efficient, commercially aware project delivery across multiple schemes
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Architect or Technologist with substantial experience in a technical or delivery-focused role
  • Proven leadership skills and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset
  • Experience designing to high thermal efficiency standards (e.g. Passivhaus)
  • Strong expertise in BIM and interest in AI innovation in architecture
  • Excellent technical knowledge of detailing, construction, and UK regulations
  • Supportive team player and skilled communicator
  • Proficient in 3D CAD and confident in hand sketching
  • Calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure
