Job Description:

A well-established and highly recommended school in Berkshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Year. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the academic and pastoral care of a specific year group, ensuring that students receive the support and guidance they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the year group, providing support and guidance to both students and staff.
  • Monitor and track student progress, implementing interventions where necessary.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with parents and guardians.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting high standards of behaviour and achievement.
  • Organize and oversee year group events, activities, and assemblies.
