Working closely with teachers, therapists, and behaviour specialists, you will support pupils who present with challenging behaviour linked to SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and trauma. As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students regulate emotions, develop positive coping strategies, and engage successfully with learning.
