A well-respected SEN and SEMH school in Reading is seeking a committed and compassionate Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time role is ideal for graduates or aspiring professionals interested in psychology, mental health, education, or youth work.
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and behaviour specialists, you will support pupils who present with challenging behaviour linked to SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and trauma. As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students regulate emotions, develop positive coping strategies, and engage successfully with learning.

- Salary: 85-100 per day
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
