A forward-thinking SEN and SEMH school in Reading is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young people who need extra guidance to manage emotions and behaviour positively.
You'll be working with students who may have Autism, ADHD, or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your role will involve supporting learning in class, de-escalating challenging situations, and helping pupils develop emotional literacy and social skills.

- Salary: 89-100 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Start Date: ASAP

As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students with behaviour and emotional regulation
