Experience of working with SEN pupils in a group or 1:1 setting is advantageous but not essential as full ongoing training will be provided. The willingness to work in a SEN environment where you can demonstrate your excellent support skills, motivation, resilience and desire to make a difference is equally as important. You will need to be willing to work both indoors and out throughout the year, participate in physical activities and provide personal care.
