VARIOUS ROLES FROM CABLING ENGINEER / SENIOR CABLING ENGINEER

Must have SC clearance / Security Clearance - due to client site where you will be based.

With experience in copper and fibre cabling as a cabling engineer or data cabling engineer or similar, our client can offer you the opportunity to join a great team and offer fantastic career prospects after only 8 months!

Our client is a successful and growing IT organisation who are winning multi-million-pound projects on a monthly basis and need to increase their friendly and competent team with new cabling engineer members.

You must be experienced with installing exterior fibre and copper cables and typically you will be involved in:

Terminating copper cabling (Category 5e, category 6 etc)
Testing both fibre optic and copper cables using Fluke Testers
Installing both Steel and PVC containment systems

Veterans or leavers from the army with SC and a Telecoms qualification such as City & Guilds in Communications Cabling are actively encouraged to apply.
