Electrical Engineer - Water Industry
A specialist MEICA contractorspecialising in the delivery of clean and wastewater projects is looking foran Electrical Engineer to work in the Thames Valley area.
This role blends between design and delivery, managing projects from an initial concept through to handover. If you have experience within the water and wastewater industry (or a similar industrial environment) then get in touch to find out more!
Duties for Electrical Engineer
- Develop detailed and outline designs, as well as specifications for electrical works.
- Work across multiple projects or one large scheme on the delivery of MEICA services in water
- Providing technical input on a daily basis to contribute to the team of engineers and technicians.
- Being involved in technical planning and programming the projects
- Ensure that the design output meets the agreed scope of work, as well as the budgets and timescales.
- Ensure that commissioning teams are kept up to date with project progress.
- Attend design review meetings to monitor progress.
Qualifications/Experience for Electrical Engineer
- HNC/HND/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- IOSH, SSSTS/SMSTS or NEBOSH general certificate would be an advantage
- Contractual and commercial knowledge
- Eligible to work in the UK
