We're currently recruiting for a Senior Electrical Electronic Engineer to join our Warhead Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who thrives in complex, high-integrity environments - from system integration to safety and security-critical projects.
What You'll Be Doing

Leading the design, integration, and testing of electrical/electronic systems

Delivering engineering solutions across the full lifecycle, ensuring safety and performance standards

Driving technical delivery, continuous improvement, and innovation

Managing stakeholders and mentoring multidisciplinary teams

Presenting technical findings to internal and external audiences
Due to the classified nature of our work, this role is primarily site-based at AWE.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
-
HNC/HND, NVQ Level 5, or degree in a science/engineering discipline - or equivalent experience

Proven experience in leading technical projects and teams

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and people management abilities

Ability to plan and deliver multiple objectives concurrently
