Sonic Summary

We are seeking 10 Electrical Mates/Improvers for a long-term project in Reading, expected to last until December 2026.
The role involves assisting approved electricians with tasks such as cable management systems, armoured cabling, and final fixing in two large office buildings.
Candidates must have an ECS/CSCS card and a City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installation, along with a medical, D&A test, and clean DBS check.
The position offers a pay rate of £24 per hour on a CIS basis, with working hours from 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM, totaling 42.5 hours per week.
We anticipate a turnaround time of 2-4 weeks for successful candidates to start.

Electrical Mate/Improver x10- We are currently looking for a high volume ofElectrical mates and improver'sto to join a long term project inReading. Project expected to run untilDecember 2026.

The work will consist of a complete refurbishment of 2 large office buildings within the facility. You will be working alongside a team of approved electricians to assist with the following:

Cable Management Systems
Armoured Cabling
Final fixing two large buildings.

Hours:07:30AM - 04:30PM - 42.5 hours per week.
Pay:24per hour CIS

Requirements

ECS/CSCS Card
City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installation.

Due to the nature of the site. All successful candidates will require a medical, D&A test, and clean DBS check prior to them entering the site. We expect the turnaround on this to be 2-4 weeks.

Long term work expected to run until December 2026.
