M&E Quantity Surveyor – Reading – 6 Months - £neg

We are working with an established M&E Contractor who are keen to bring on an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor on a contract basis for 6 months based in the Reading area.

They are keen for the right individual to join their growing team and play a key role in the financial management of exciting Mechanical and Electrical building services projects!

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented M&E Quantity Surveyor to manage costs, contracts, and commercial aspects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates and tender documents for M&E installations.
  • Manage and value variations, progress claims, and final accounts.
  • Provide accurate cost advice and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
