Our comprehensive portfolio includes efficient Toilet Flushing and Urinal Flushing systems, Infrared Sensor Taps, intelligent Shower Panels, thermostatic mixing valves (TMV's), advanced Wash room Controls, Remote Monitoring technology, and Limescale Prevention solutions, all designed to optimise performance, reduce operational costs, and enhance user experience. 

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Assembly Operative to join our busy team!

Your day to day:

  • Assemble products following established production procedures and instructions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and weekly targets
  • Accurately record daily performance and report issues, malfunctions, or defective parts to the Team Leader
  • Use a variety of tools (e.g., hand tools, clamps) and machinery (e.g., drills) safely and efficiently
  • Follow quality control principles to maintain the highest standards of production
  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks and uphold a clean, safe working environment
  • Observe all safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and use measuring equipment accurately
  • Support production line activities, including Goods In, Dispatch, and the Kanban process
  • Assist in the Mould Shop when required

Your skills and experience should include; 

  • Proven experience in a production or assembly role

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and good physical condition

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • A proactive, team-oriented approach

  • Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm (did someone says early finish Fridays!?)
