Rotation Pattern: 10 Days On / 4 Days Off
Week 1:
Tues-Thurs: 11.5 hours/day
Fri-Sun: 10 hours/day
Week 2:
Mon-Wed: 11.5 hours/day
Thurs: 6 hours
