A paramount leading tier 1 contractor based in the South is currently seeking an experienced Environmental Advisor to join their business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Environmental Advisor to join a leading established contractor to work on high spec commercial schemes valuing up to 150M across Hampshire, Surrey & Berkshire.
Responsibilities for Environmental Advisor:
The nature of this role will call upon a strong understanding of statutory environmental legislation and regulations as well as knowledge and experience of using management systems including ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 20400. You will oversee and assist with projects from conception to completion. Also regularly carrying out site inspections and audits to promote the environmental strategy.
Key attributes for the Environmental Advisor:
- Previous experience working within a construction sector is fundamental along with leading market knowledge within the construction industry
- Relevant degree or qualification
- Proactive nature and strong communication skills will steady well
- Strong knowledge of environmental legislation's and best practices
