About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our key clients for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support global data-driven decision-making through robust reporting and analytics. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role will play a key part in developing self-service BI reporting using MicroStrategy and delivering meaningful insights across financial, commercial, and operational areas.
This is an ideal position for someone who combines analytical strength with a passion for data visualisation, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesBI Reporting & Visualisation

Design, build, and maintain insightful dashboards and reporting suites using MicroStrategy

Enhance and maintain existing BI content for maximum usability and impact

Collaborate with business users to define and refine KPIs aligned with strategic goals

Translate complex data into clear, digestible insights for self-service consumption
Data Analysis & Collaboration

Analyse financial, commercial, and operational data to uncover trends and opportunities

Partner with the BI team to define data requirements and validate metrics and attributes

Ensure high standards of data integrity through consistent quality checks

Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis to support business needs
BI Engagement & Communication

Act as a champion for BI tools across the business, promoting usage and best practices

Engage with global stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver solutions

Build strong relationships to effectively gather and communicate reporting requirements
About You
Qualifications & Experience

Graduate with 1-2 years' experience in a numerical or analytical role

Strong academic background with A-level Maths (or equivalent) preferred

Previous exposure to financial or commercial analysis is an advantage

Highly numerate and confident with large data sets

Advanced Excel skills

Strong analytical and data visualisation abilities

Familiarity with BI tools (MicroStrategy preferred) or a clear enthusiasm to learn
