FP&A Analyst

Hybrid + Study Support - Reading

We a pleased to be supporting a key client in their search for an FP&A Analyst. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role will support all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across key European regions. A great opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, enhance systems and processes, and deliver critical insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate monthly P&Ls, analyse variances, and deliver reports for senior leadership
  • Provide insightful analysis on sales, gross margin, OPEX, and profitability
  • Support budgeting and forecasting, including cashflow planning
  • Manage and report on European receivables
  • Improve BI and ERP systems (MicroStrategy, NAV), becoming a key user

What You'll Need:

  • Part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong Excel skills
  • Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to improve processes and work independently
  • Experience with group reporting and multi-currency environments
