Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive accountancy services and insightful business advice.
- Manage corporate and personal tax matters, payroll, and VAT with precision.

- Prepare accounts in collaboration with senior team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- ACA / ACCA qualified with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
- Solid accountancy practice experience.
- Strong knowledge of cloud accounting systems (Xero, Dext, Fathom).
- Excellent client relationship management and team management skills.
Duties Include:
- Nurture and grow client relationships, providing proactive tax and accounting advice.
- Manage your own portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Lead and mentor the team, overseeing technical work reviews.
- Drive business growth through upselling and innovative solutions.
