Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and committed Group Reporting Manager to oversee and enhance the financial reporting processes across their global business.

Description

  • Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Complete management of the monthly and annual consolidation processes.
  • Completion of all necessary statutory accounts and reporting for the group across multiple jurisdictions (individual and group accounts).
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Tax planning and co sec responsibilities
  • Coordinate with department heads to compile and analyse financial data.
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate budget analysis and financial review for company management.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified.
  • Comprehensive IFRS knowledge, IFRS 16, IFRS 3, IFRS 9 etc.
  • Significant consolidated accounts. Deferred taxation and acquisition accounting experience
  • Knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Power BI would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Top 10 audit experience.
