Description
- Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Complete management of the monthly and annual consolidation processes.
- Completion of all necessary statutory accounts and reporting for the group across multiple jurisdictions (individual and group accounts).
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Tax planning and co sec responsibilities
- Coordinate with department heads to compile and analyse financial data.
- Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
- Ensure timely and accurate budget analysis and financial review for company management.
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- ACA/ACCA qualified.
- Comprehensive IFRS knowledge, IFRS 16, IFRS 3, IFRS 9 etc.
- Significant consolidated accounts. Deferred taxation and acquisition accounting experience
- Knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Power BI would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Top 10 audit experience.
