Our client, a well-established financial planning firm, is looking for a Paraplanner to join their team and contribute to delivering exceptional service to their clients, through working collaboratively with the advisers, whilst receiving administrative support.

About the Role:

As a Paraplanner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting advisers and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality financial advice. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with advisers, interpreting data from client meetings, and developing tailored financial solutions.
  • Preparing comprehensive suitability reports, including client-specific illustrations and key features documents.
  • Analyzing clients’ existing portfolios, identifying gaps, and providing solutions that align with their needs and objectives.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with product providers and leveraging these connections when needed.
  • Preparing research, valuations, and portfolio commentary for client meetings and updates.
  • Liaising with advisers and other team members to ensure client cases progress smoothly, with clear communication throughout the process.
  • Assisting with training and coaching junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
