?? Year 3: Trainee ParaplannerWrite reports, attend client meetings, and prepare for final Diploma exams. Bonus paid on completion.

?? Year 4: ParaplannerHandle technical cases, start cashflow modelling, and begin Level 6 Chartered studies.

?? Year 5: Trainee Adviser ? Qualified AdviserAdvise clients under supervision, gradually build your own portfolio, and transition to full Financial Planner status.
