Scientist II – Reading - £20.94-£28.31 PH – 6 months (Microbiology)


Working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.

Duties are working on teams and independently with the guidance of a manager, prioritizing and managing activities, identifying problems proactively and creating and implementing solutions, applying technical understanding to interpret and analyse data to reach clear conclusions, communicating effectively verbally and in writing, including technical writing, deliver the RDQ activities required to complete project and productivity projects to meet the desired consumer experience, execute project in accordance with good manufacturing practice and GMP requirements, write technical reports and interpret the results to lead to conclusions and recommendations.

Successful candidates will have a desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience in Food Science, science or chemical engineering degree, ideally within a FMCG goods market. Proactiveness in ingredient research and technical solutions, previous experience in product development within the food industry, food manufacturing and collaboration with cross functional teams.
