We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected commercial vehicle dealership seeking a Parts Manager to lead their team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service. This is your chance to join a forward-thinking business that values its people and rewards performance.
?? What’s on Offer:- Basic Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)
- Bonus Potential: Up to £10,000 per annum

- 40 Hours/Week (Mon–Fri) + Optional Paid Saturday Mornings

- Develop and implement a successful parts sales strategy
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Parts Advisors and Drivers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage stock control, supplier returns, and warranty processes
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and audit standards
- Drive performance against key targets (CXi, CTO, Labour Sales)
- Proven experience in a Parts Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (e.g. Kerridge/Autoline)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for team development
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
