We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected commercial vehicle dealership seeking a Parts Manager to lead their team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service. This is your chance to join a forward-thinking business that values its people and rewards performance.

??? Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a successful parts sales strategy
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Parts Advisors and Drivers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage stock control, supplier returns, and warranty processes
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and audit standards
  • Drive performance against key targets (CXi, CTO, Labour Sales)
What You’ll Need:
  • Proven experience in a Parts Manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (e.g. Kerridge/Autoline)
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for team development
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
