A nurturing and inclusive specialist school in Reading is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children who face behavioural challenges associated with Autism, ADHD, trauma, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide 1:1 and small group support to help students manage their emotions, build positive relationships, and develop resilience. Working alongside experienced teachers, SEN staff, and therapists, you will play a vital role in promoting a calm and structured learning environment.
