Your New Role

Our client, is a leading professional services organisation with a large presence in London and the South of England. Due to their continued success and growth, they are looking for a driven Bids Coordinator to join their talented team. This role reports directly into the Bid Manager, supporting with the planning and coordination of all areas within bids, across the whole life cycle. In this varied role, you will be tasked with monitoring portals and inboxes, and sending relevant opportunities to the team. Scheduling meetings and supporting the Bid Manager in preparing is also a key responsibility. You will support tender submissions, ensuring the document is grammatically correct, within the correct format. Other ad-hoc duties are also part of this role.

Ensuring Your Success

Ideally, you will have a couple of years working within a bid role, industry experience is not essential. Excellent attention to detail and organisation is a must, with excellent writing and editing skills. Having a general understanding of bid processes would also be advantageous. Personality wise, you will be a driven individual, with a real appetite to learn and develop. Being creative by nature with the ability to take on new ideas and approaches would also be a bonus.
