Lookimg for a strong HCM Cloud Functional Lead for our client with experience in HCM Cloud -HR/Payroll.
Experience in moving HR/Payroll into HCM Cloud.
Duration- 3 months initially
Contract - inside IR35 (via umbrella)
Location - Reading/Havant/Perth, 2 days a week onsite
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, covering Core HR, Payroll, Absence Mgmt and preferably Time & Labour and LMS.Any knowledge of Workforce Scheduling and Field Service would be a benefitExperience of moving from eBusiness Suite to Oracle CloudFull lifecycle experience of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from design, build, test through to deploymentExperience in Data Migration from both EBS and from other systems to HCM Cloud from a functional perspective, which would include writing functional specs for DM routines, defining data mappings, and supporting the end to end process, including data validation and reconciliationExperience in writing functional specs, supporting development and then testing Fusion HCM Reports, including OTBI and Oracle BI Publisher reportsAbility to functionally support the build of custom formulas, sophisticated reports, and dashboards within OTBI.A background in working in projects, preferably with larger companies (e.g. FTSE 100)
