Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and own the defect backlog and defect management process

* Ensure defects are raised and progressed according to the defect management process

* Ensure defects are appropriately assigned

* Ensure defects are kept up to date

* Ensure fixed defects are retested within agreed timeframes

* Report on defect backlogs, highlighting critical and blocking defects

* Raise Service Requests with Oracle where HCM issues are identified.

What do you need?

* Good communication skills with stakeholders at all levels

* Understanding of Oracle SR process

* Experience with working on large IT programmes

* Understanding of testing and defect management processes

* Proactive approach
