Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related science field preferred.
Hands-on experience in fibre optic cable assembly preferred.
Knowledge of fibre optic testing procedures and industry standards is a plus.
Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Spanish language a plus).
Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
