KiddyKare is supporting a wonderful, independent nursery setting in Reading in their search for a Room Leader who is fun-loving and passionate about early childhood education.
Position: Room Leader
Salary: £27,269 - £30,060 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, 7:45 am - 6:00 pm, over 4 days

Your Role as Room Leader:
As Room Leader, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of nursery practitioners to ensure high-quality care and education.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Were Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds at least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Has experience in leading or supervising a nursery team.
- Is passionate about child development and early education.
- Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
