We have opportunities for experienced Steel Erectors / Riggers for a long term projectbasedin Reading.
Who This Job Would Suit
This job is ideal for a skilled Steel Erectors / Riggers with a minimum of CSCS Blue skilled card, IPAF, and CCNSG certifications (or ACE card). Allcandidates shouldbe experienced in operating construction lifting equipmentfollowing safety protocols.
Due to the nature of our businessit is a requirement that all candidates hold current (SC) security clearance or be in a position for our compliance team to process your clearance whilst you work on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Fix and bolt steel
- Mark out steel work and cut steel where required
- Adhere to Health and Safety procedures on site
- Follow all instructions from Management
- Operate construction equipment and machinery
- Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards
- Load or unload construction materials
- Assemble and dismantle temporary structures
- Perform site clean-up
- Offload wagons in a safe manner

Salary
- Grade 5 (NVQ Level 3):
- Basic rate23.38per hour
- OT1: 32.73per hour
- OT2: 42.08per hour
- Hourly bonus: 2.37
- DIGS 355.67 per week
- CIS pay rates available if you have a UTR number
