Maths LecturerFull time and Part time options availableUp to £35 per hourWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Maths Lecturer to join a college in Reading on hourly-paid basis. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective lessons in GCSE Maths and Functional Skills to learners aged 16-18, supporting them to achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching in GCSE and/or Functional Skills Maths to 16-18-year-old learners.
- Plan and assess lessons to meet a range of learner needs, ensuring progress and achievement.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience teaching in a college environment or delivering GCSE and Functional Skills Maths to 16-18-year-olds.
- Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
