This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal for graduates who are eager to gain practical experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You'll be working closely with pupils across KS1 to KS4 (ages 5-16), helping to create a positive and structured learning environment.

Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with learning and behavioural needs
- Support pupils during lessons, helping with emotional regulation and engagement
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement individual education and behaviour plans
- Gain valuable insight into child psychology and neurodiversity within an educational setting
