You will work closely with students who may have Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them develop confidence, emotional awareness, and positive learning habits.

What You'll Be Doing as Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Supporting the delivery of engaging, differentiated lessons
- Assisting students with emotional regulation and social development
- Implementing individual learning plans tailored to each child
- Collaborating with therapists, SEN professionals, and teaching staff
- Creating a safe, nurturing space where students can thrive academically and personally
