What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters across your business area
  • Coaching and enabling people managers to lead with confidence and consistency
  • Leading cyclical events such as salary reviews, promotions, and talent planning
  • Driving continuous improvement in HR processes and practices
  • Working closely with Centres of Excellence (e.g. ER, Resourcing, People Development) to ensure seamless, proactive service
  • Getting involved in wider firm-wide people projects and initiatives
