What you'll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters across your business area
- Coaching and enabling people managers to lead with confidence and consistency
- Leading cyclical events such as salary reviews, promotions, and talent planning
- Driving continuous improvement in HR processes and practices
- Working closely with Centres of Excellence (e.g. ER, Resourcing, People Development) to ensure seamless, proactive service
- Getting involved in wider firm-wide people projects and initiatives

- A proven track record of influencing and advising at senior levels in a commercial environment
