Excellent opportunity for someone from an electrical background who is looking for an account management role working with a global business who are specialist in their sector.

Do you have practical knowledge of electrical systems or installation? Are you looking for a role that allows you to increase your technical skills through dedicated OEM training?

This company have been established nearly 20 years and are specialists in the manufacture, installation and maintenance of high tech electronic equipment used in residential and commercial properties the world over. They have grown massively throughout their history and are looking for people to join their specialist team on their journey of rapid expansion.

In this role you will be working with their existing customer and partner base where you will be working with them to deal with any initial technical issues as well as making sure they are happy with their current products as well as offering new products and services. This role will be Monday to Friday and require someone to be in the office full time.

The Role:

  • Managing a range of customer accounts across the country
  • Assisting with initial technical support and upselling of products and services
  • Specialist training given on their range of high tech products

The Person:

  • Someone from an electrical background, such as installation or maintenance
  • Good communications skills - both written and verbal
  • Looking for progression and training opportunities with a global business
