Project Manager

Position Duration: 02/06/2025 - 31/12/2025

Day Rate: £360 - £400 DOE

Location: On-Site (site chosen will be closest to yourself) National and International travel required

Project: MNO Win 11 Deployment Project

MUST HAVE ACTIVE SC CLEARANCEPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Migration Project Manager to oversee the setup and execution of migration activities. The successful candidate will manage contractor engineers, ensure adherence to site-specific rules, and handle day-to-day migration tasks for laptops, VIPs, and ANS users. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Security clearance is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:Migration Setup:

• Manage onsite contractor engineers.
• Obtain access to the storage location of onsite project stock.
• Brief contractor engineers on project requirements and specific site rules.
• Provide detailed instructions on site-specific rules, including the need for escorts and the daily quantity of planned refresh migrations.
• Distribute collected Device Designation Rules to contractor engineers.

Laptop Refresh:

• Oversee daily laptop refresh clinic migration activities.
• Create end-of-day reports.
• Handle onsite escalations.
• Ensure contractor workflow management tools are updated.

VIP and ANS User Refresh:

• Manage daily migration activities for VIP and ANS users.
• Create end-of-day reports.
• Handle onsite escalations.
• Ensure contractor workflow management tools are updated.

Migration Completion Report:

• Populate the migration completion template report.
• Send the completed report to the relevant site lead.

C-RAP Reporting:

• Populate the C-RAP report for the site.
• Upload the C-RAP report to the agreed file store.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT migration projects.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle escalations and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with workflow management tools.
• Security clearance is required.
