Our client is seeking a highly organised Document Controller to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

As Document Controller, you'll be the linchpin of technical documentation management by ensuring multiple documents are accurately maintained, securely stored and efficiently distributed. You'll work closely with other teams across the business to uphold ISO standards and safety regulations, supporting smooth project execution and audit readiness.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Establish and maintain document control systems to ensure they are in line with ISO and other standards
  • Review, and distribute a number of different documentation
  • Work alongside sensitive documents such as designs and tender materials
  • Coordinate and streamline document workflows.
  • Support audits and inspections
  • Maintain records and reports
  • Develop and keep on top of templates
  • Train other members of staff
  • Monitor deadlines and submission timelines

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a document control position
  • Proficient experience on document control platforms
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and QA/QC documentation processes
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to prioritise and working within a fast paced environment
