Information Manager role available working for a Tier One main contractor based in Burghfield!

This is a focused 40-hour per week contract running through to March 2026, offering you the chance to apply your expertise in a highly regulated and complex environment.



Key Responsibilities:

As the Information Manager, you will be the custodian of project data and compliance, reporting directly to Programme Leads:

  • Strategic Prioritization: Define and govern Information Management (IM) task priorities, ensuring all data activities directly support and align with Programme Functional Leads.

  • System Integration & Management: Champion the effective use and integration of specialized IM tools (including Meridian, TSN, SharePoint, and MS Teams) within the Programme's digital architecture.

  • Regulatory Assurance: Conduct rigorous checks and provide assurance of all records management integrity, guaranteeing full compliance with Client Management System (CMS) and associated requirements.

  • Compliance Liaison (UK/Fr): Act as the primary technical point of contact (POC) for all IM issues concerning critical UK and French regulatory standards.

  • Handover Coordination: Lead the coordination of all IM activities with the Handover Management Function, ensuring definitive information packages are prepared for final client acceptance.

  • Digital Collaboration Oversight: Manage and resolve Programme-specific Data & Correspondence Control (DCC) issues, coordinating closely with the Integration and Knowledge Management (IKM) team.

  • Innovation & Upskilling: Actively seek continuous improvement in system usage and provide targeted mentoring and training to project teams on complex IM processes.



Essential Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience operating as an Information Manager, Document Controller Lead, or Data Manager within a highly regulated industry (Nuclear, Rail, Aviation, or Complex Infrastructure).

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in administering and integrating core EDMS/IM systems (Meridian, SharePoint) and collaborative platforms (MS Teams).

  • Security Focus: A deep understanding of records and compliance management protocols in sensitive/regulated environments.

  • Qualifications: Relevant qualification (HNC/Degree or equivalent experience) in Information Management or Engineering.
