As a Claims Specialist, you'll manage Life, Critical Illness, and/or Disability claims, making key decisions and providing excellent customer support through our HALO claims service, ensuring compliance with industry standards and UK regulations while managing and enhancing our customers' experience addressing each case with precision and empathy.
There could also be the opportunity to move from another role within Life, Critical Illness, and/or disability insurance but the salary would reflect less experience.
