Our Client, a busy Automotive Bodyshop in Reading, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their team.
The position offers a salary of £51,480 with the potential to earn up to £22 per hour plus bonuses.
Candidates must have previous experience in a Paint Sprayer role and be fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
The job requires the ability to oversee jobs from start to finish, ensuring high standards and attention to detail.
This role involves working 45 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work and includes 21 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

Our Client, a busy Automotive Bodyshop in Reading, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their busy team.For your hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary of £51,480 and be working the hours of £55,000.Benefits:

Up To £22 Per Hour + Bonus
45 Hour Week Monday to Friday / NO Weekends
Well-Established Bodyshop Group Working Environment
21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Previous working experience within a Paint Sprayer role
The ability to work to a high standard with an up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle repair techniques
Overseeing jobs from start to finish; Completing Paint, Prep, Prime, Polish procedures.
ATA would be beneficial
Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Detailed Worker, with a strong eye-for-detail.
Self-Motivated and a good team player
