Commercial Solicitor (0-2 Years' PQE)A leading full-service law firm in Reading is seeking a bright and ambitious Commercial Solicitor to join its highly regarded Commercial team, part of the wider Business Services group.The Opportunity:This position is ideal for someone due to qualify shortly (having completed at least one seat in Commercial) or with up to two years' PQE who is looking for a fresh challenge in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Commercial team is one of the strongest in the local area, offering excellent career development and exposure to high-quality work.

The successful candidate will gain valuable experience working alongside senior solicitors on more complex matters, while also managing their own caseload of straightforward matters to build confidence and skills.The Work:

  • A broad range of commercial, technology, intellectual property, and non-contentious construction work.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, including appointments, building contracts, and warranties on construction projects.
  • Advising on data protection and intellectual property matters.
  • Providing due diligence support on corporate and banking transactions.
