About the Role:We are recruiting an Associate Employment Solicitor for a rapidly expanding, highly respected niche employment law practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a dynamic team where you will work directly with the firm’s Managing Partner. The role can be based remotely, or you can work in a hybrid model with office space available in Berkshire.

As an Associate Employment Solicitor, you will handle both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, representing a wide range of clients, from individuals to employers. You will have the opportunity to work on a mix of Claimant and Respondent work, gaining exposure to a variety of cases and building long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
  • Represent individuals and employers in various employment-related issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and employment tribunal claims.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Work closely with senior partners to manage and grow the firm’s practice.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of PQE in Employment Law (pure employment law or a combination of employment law and litigation experience).
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong commitment to client care and the ability to deliver effective, client-focused legal solutions.
  • A proactive, self-starter with a passion for employment law.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing firm with opportunities for career development.
