The Residential Property Solicitor will be:
- Handling a full caseload of non-contentious residential property matters
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and conveyancers
- Collaborating across departments to deliver excellent client service
- Engaging in business development and cross-referral opportunities
Profile
The Residential Property Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 6+ years PQE in residential property
- Technically strong with solid knowledge of the Reading property market
- Confident in managing files autonomously and supervising others
- A strong communicator and collaborative team player
