About the Role:

We are urgently seeking a skilled Senior Contracts Lawyer to join our client's team for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for further extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a public sector company, providing expert legal advice and support on a variety of contractual and procurement matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on contract and procurement law.
  • Handle a range of contractual agreements within a local government/public setting.
  • Manage commercial contracts, procurement, information management, IT, technology, construction, intellectual property, public law, and grant agreements.
  • Address public procurement matters and frameworks.
  • Work with JCT & NEC contracts.
