About the Role:Capio is proud to partner with a well-established and highly regarded law firm to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, professional team where your experience and organizational skills will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the conveyancing team

  • Prepare legal documents including contracts, leases, and transfer documents

  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties

  • Maintain and update client files both digitally and manually

  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

  • Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory procedures

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a legal secretary, preferably in conveyancing

  • Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial property processes

  • Excellent typing and administrative skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Strong communication and client care skills

  • Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
