A leading national law firm are looking to add a talented Property Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Reading.Become an integral part of our national Property Litigation team, renowned for its extensive experience and unrivalled expertise in this dynamic field.Salary £30,000 - £35,000 + hybrid workingPreferred Requirements:
  • Possess at least 2 years of previous experience in residential possession work, ideally representing landlords, with a deep understanding of the associated procedures and legal requirements.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in and familiarity with defended actions, including disrepair claims (desirable but not essential).
  • Exhibit exceptional client care skills, self-confidence, and the ability to take initiative.
  • Showcase a talent for grasping concepts quickly and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Leverage your proficiency in various applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management systems, to deliver high-quality work.
A Law Degree, LPC, or a completed/in-progress CILEX qualification would be preferred, but not essential if you have the necessary experience in residential possession work
