Are you a skilled Residential Property Conveyancer looking to work with high-net-worth clients on high-value, non-volume transactions?

The firm has a national presence of 10 offices across England and Wales, they’re now looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join their collaborative and high-performing Residential Property team based in Reading.

The Opportunity:

Join a supportive team offering expert advice on a wide range of residential property matters including:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Lease extensions
  • Voluntary first registrations

You’ll work alongside a close-knit team of property experts. This is a senior-level position where you’ll have autonomy over your caseload and play a key role in supervising junior lawyers and supporting the team's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of non-contentious residential property transactions
  • Supervise, mentor, and support junior fee earners
  • Deliver high-quality, tailored client service
  • Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
  • Build internal and external relationships to support business development
  • Work collaboratively across departments to provide holistic client support

What You’ll Need:

  • 6+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Proven experience handling a broad range of residential property matters
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Commercial awareness and confident client management
  • Experience working within the Reading/Thames Valley market preferred
  • Passion for mentoring and developing junior team members
