Ideal for someone with strong technical skills in lighting, sound, or video who enjoys both hands-on work and supporting event delivery.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prep, maintain, and operate technical equipment for live events
  • Deliver small projects independently and support larger productions
  • Assist with warehouse organisation and equipment repairs
  • Create design, patch, and power plans
  • Work alongside crew to set up, operate, and de-rig event equipment
  • Handle deliveries and collections as required

What You'll Need:

  • Strong knowledge in at least one technical discipline (lighting, sound, video)
  • Live event operation experience and good electrical/IT knowledge
  • Comfortable working at height and capable of heavy lifting
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
