Position: Site Supervisor - Water Metering
Location: Thames Valley
Contract: Contract to Permanent
Hours: 45 per week (Mon-Fri), with potential for weekend/on-call work

We're working with a leading main contractor on a major water metering project in the Thames Valley area. They're looking for hands-on individuals with a plumbing background who are ready to move off the tools and into long-term site management.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervising a team of metering operatives, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on all works.
• Taking responsibility for on-site H&S compliance, audits, and equipment checks.
• Signing off permits, verifying training and certifications, and maintaining site readiness.
• Mentoring and supporting operatives to improve performance and develop their skills.
• Managing daily schedules, resources, and workloads effectively.
• Acting as the point of contact for customer queries and resolving issues professionally.

What We're Looking For:
Plumbing background with relevant trade qualifications
Experience leading teams or mentoring colleagues on site
Desire to transition into a long-term management role
Water hygiene certificate (desirable but not essential)
Full UK driving licence
