Looking for a versatile and independent role where you can take ownership of both sales support and marketing activities? We’re on the lookout for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to manage and execute our day-to-day marketing strategies while providing vital support to our sales team.

This is a standalone position with full responsibility for marketing operations, from campaign creation to digital outreach, content development, and event management. You’ll also assist the sales team by handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do:
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Content Creation: Develop marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and presentations to support the sales process.
  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate company events such as exhibitions, conferences, and workshops.
  • Website & Digital Presence: Maintain and enhance the company website (WordPress experience a plus) and oversee digital marketing activities.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with proposals, quotes, and CRM management while handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and webchat.
  • Communication: Manage regular newsletters and event-related communications.
What You’ll Need:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing and sales support roles.
  • Proficiency in online marketing strategies and tools, with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and WordPress is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
  • Knowledge of the IT Service Management industry would be beneficial but not essential.
