You'll design, implement, and optimise secure M365 solutions that underpin collaboration, communication, and productivity across the organisation. This role demands someone equally comfortable drawing up architecture roadmaps as they are diving into the admin centre or PowerShell to make it happen.

  • Act as a technical authority for M365, shaping strategy and standards.

  • Provide escalation-level support for complex incidents and performance issues.

  • Develop governance, compliance, and security policies aligned to business and regulatory requirements.

  • Automate administration and deployment tasks using PowerShell and modern management tools.

  • Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and best practice guides.

  • Work closely with security, networking, and infrastructure teams to ensure a cohesive approach.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Active SC Clearance - mandatory.

  • Proven experience delivering and supporting large-scale Microsoft 365 environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Intune.

  • Deep understanding of Azure AD, identity and access management, and hybrid configurations.

  • Experience designing and implementing governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

  • Hands-on ability with PowerShell scripting and automation.

  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business discussions.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

  • Exposure to Microsoft Defender suite (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365).

  • Voice/telephony integration with Teams.

  • Previous work in high-security or government environments.
