We are delighted to once again be recruiting for our well established maunfacturing client based in Aldermaston. Working as an integral part of a welcoming team, we are seeking a skilled and diligent Assembly Technician to join our clients production facility.

About the role:

  • Assembly and calibration of transducers.
  • Mechanical and electrical assembly both by hand and using tools
  • Assessment, Repair and Recalibration.
  • Preparing Cable/wires and fitting electrical connectors.
  • Calibration by using Dead weights and Machines.
  • Configuration and calibration of Analogue and Digital electronics, using power supplies and digital volt meters (DVM’S)

Experience Required:

  • Soldering and wiring experience (IPC-610).
  • Electrical and Mechanical assembly experience.
  • Problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
  • Fast learner and able to communicate well.
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Able to demonstrate working with Standard Operation Procedures.
  • Basic Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office. Attention to detail
